About the features and amenities of Montebello
Want a reason to fall in love with Montebello Condominiums? We’ll give you nine:
1. Community Center
A feature-filled community center means residents can enjoy swimming, work-outs, and other activities without leaving home.
2. Clubhouse
Dine out while staying home. Dinner and lunch are served in the clubhouse.

The Montebello community would not be complete without its own market.
4. On-Site Dry Cleaner

5. Natural Beauty
Montebello features more than thirty acres of well-tended grounds, trails and woods.
6. Walking Trails
Residents can go for a walk around the condominium or stroll along trails winding through nearby parks.
7. Take a Quick Walk to Metro

8. Balcony With a View
Want to take in the view? Each of Montebello’s units boasts a balcony. It’s the perfect place to take in the area’s breathtaking views or just watch the sun rise or set.
9. A Secure, Gated Community
Unlike some communities, there’s no “cut-through” traffic to deal with at Montebello. Guards keep the gates secure twenty-four hours a day.
