Montebello is perched on 33 acres of land atop Mt. Eagle, just outside Alexandria VA. This expanse is shared by only four buildings surrounding a community center at the heart of Montebello. The entire community is fenced in and residents and visitors alike agree that Montebello’s gates and greenery conceal an oasis of tranquility in the urban environment of Fairfax County.
Access to Montebello is controlled by fences and guards who monitor traffic in and out of the community. Security is on-site 24 hours each day. Montebello residents and visitors can enjoy a wealth of activities in and around the community center at the heart of Montebello.
The community center is well-maintained and open from early in the morning until fairly late at night. Need space to spread out for your favorite craft? Need space to build a cabinet? The hobby room is there when you need it. Montebello has a large space dedicated to yoga, aerobics, ball room dancing or any other purpose. This large indoor area features a well-polished floor, mats and a small platform as needed. Why leave the community? Montebello has a full service barber and hair salon on site at the community center.
Montebello’s in-house restaurant serves lunch and dinner, specializing in good food at a very reasonable priced. The party room / club room at Montebello is nicely appointed and seats at least 75 guests.
