Alexandria City Council Mandates Face Coverings Starting October

According to a new ordinance approved by the Alexandria City Council, face coverings will be mandatory in indoor and outdoor public settings in the Virginia city starting October. Alexandria’s new mask ordinance takes effect Oct. 1 and applies to anyone in a public space over the age of 10. 2020 40 Under 40 Honorees Announced By Alexandria Chamber Of Commerce

The 2020 class of 40 Under 40 honorees has been announced by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. This is the fifth class of honorees in the program. The 40 under 40 program was established in 2016 to recognize individuals under the age of 40 who are outstanding in their fields and shaping the future of the city. The 2020 honorees come from a variety of fields, including business, technology, nonprofit management, civic life, public service, education, and the arts.
